Villa Isa AVAILABILITY Calendar
Villa Isa is a lovely, modern, detached villa in a quiet cul-de-sac location. It’s situated in the Cap d’Artrutx area of the resort. It’s walking distance from everything in the resort. There are a handful of shops and bars just over 5 minutes walk away, including a couple of supermarkets for your holiday essentials! The resort centre is the marina where there’s an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars.
The villa has a lounge/diner area leading through to a well equipped kitchen. There’s a double bedroom, and two twin rooms. There are two shower rooms.
The wow factor at villa Isa is most definitely the well designed outdoor space. There’s a landscaped garden providing a large decoratively tiled sun terrace surrounding the the lovely pool (8.5m x 4m) The spa style tap runs in to the pool during the morning each day. Sun loungers are available on the terrace. There’s also a brick BBQ & chill out patio furniture for you to enjoy those warm summer evenings. There’s a seating area on the covered terrace with a table and chairs, and you can even glimpse the sea from the garden. There’s plenty of grass to allow children to play, along with table tennis set for you to use.
WiFi is available in this property at no extra charge. Please note that this service is provided locally and as such we cannot be held responsible for the quality or any loss of service during your stay. That said, there usually isn’t a problem with the wifi in this area.
Just a short walk takes you to the rocky coastline which has some lovely views and fantastic sunsets.
Prices are per week, for the villa and up to 6 people, and all bookings before 31st January 2026 includes the Balearics eco-tax for all guests.
A cot & highchair are available on request at no extra charge.
Pool/beach towels are available to hire at 5 euros per towel. Must be booked in advance.
Please note, there is no smoking inside the villa. Smoking is permitted on the outside terrace.
