Villa ‘Sabater Pascual’ is a detached two story villa situated in a very desirable location, in a cul-de-sac just over a minute walk from Calan Bosch marina, and just around 5 minutes walk to the beach!
Outside there’s a private pool (8.5m x 5m) and a stunning BBQ & bar area, along with several dining area and sun loungers. A lovely mix of shade and sun, and mature hedges surrounding the villa give a good amount of privacy. . Inside you access the villa via patio doors into a spacious conservatory seating area, leading through to a good size lounge and dining area. Leading off the lounge is the large kitchen (also with another dining area), a bathroom, and two ground floor bedrooms. . Upstairs is a large suite on a mezzanine level, it consists of a double bedroom and an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds (suitable for children) plus an en suite bathroom and a large terrace. There’s an additional fold out bed in the master suite . The villa is only 9 years old, and has been tastefully furnished to incorporate a mix of classic and modern styles… The position and size of this villa make it almost unique as a rental property at Cala’n Bosch marina, being just over a minute walk to the marina and about 5 minutes walk to the beach! It still enjoys a peaceful position though.
